Refund Requests

Prior to a certificate of completion being issued to a participant, refunds will be granted if a resolution cannot be reached with the participant related to the complaint. Once a completion certificate is issued, we do not refund.

Complaints about Course Content, Speakers, Facilities, Non Receipt of certificates, and other miscellaneous occurrences

The Social Work and Psychology Coordinators, and Continuing Education Director will review any complaints related to a course, the instructor and any other content related issues. While consulting with the instructor and reviewing course materials, the Coordinators and Continuing Education Director will work to objectively review the complaint and the course content - ultimately deciding on necessary next steps to resolve the issue.
